Donuts with Dean is an opportunity for constituents to enjoy donuts, coffee, and conversation with Congressman Phillips, and receive a tour of the U.S. Capitol Building afterwards. Offered on Friday mornings from 8:30-10:00 am eastern time when the House is in session:
