Appropriations Requests

One of Congress’s fundamental constitutional responsibilities is the appropriations process — the annual allocation of money for federal programs. The federal government funds everything from the national defense, to interstate roads and bridges, to food assistance for low-income seniors. If your organization uses federal money to help carry out its mission, or if you would like to create a new federal program, please fill out the appropriate form linked below to let me know what programs are important to you and why.

Due to the spending constraints of the federal budget, Congress will not be able to fund all of the programs that Rep. Phillips thinks are worthy, but your feedback will be crucial in helping him decide what to fight for. As your voice in Washington, Rep. Phillips would like to hear from you about how Congress should allocate federal dollars.
