Dean Phillips for a free and open-to-the-public community conversation focused on climate change and environmental protection innovations happening in Minnesota in the face of Congressional inaction. Phillips will moderate a solutions-focused discussion with a panel of experts before taking questions from the audience. All are welcome to share perspectives and ideas!
